Sprayed electrostatically and cured in our oven into a hard, even finish, edges and inside corners included. Flat, matte, satin, semi-gloss or gloss, plus metallic and textured, on steel, aluminum and iron.

Checked in against your photo, drawing or notes.

Metal is blasted down to clean metal.

Parts are degreased and given a phosphate pre-treatment, using BCI products. Aluminum gets its own pre-treatment.

Sprayed electrostatically, so the powder wraps to edges and inside corners.

Baked until the film is fully hardened and bonded to the metal.

Wrapped, crated and labeled in the order you’ll install it.
Strong and corrosion resistant, but it loses gloss and color in sunlight and tends to chalk, so it is not recommended outdoors where looks matter.
An epoxy-modified polyester that applies well and stands up to overbaking. Like epoxy, it tends to chalk outdoors.
Very stable in sunlight, so it is used for architectural metal, automotive parts, lawn and garden equipment and outdoor furniture.
A polyester made for stronger resistance to UV and weather, for parts that live outdoors.
Why some pieces come off first: powder is baked on in an oven, and rubber, plastic, wood, glass, wiring, bearings and seals can’t take the heat. It’s best to take them off before you bring the part in. Not sure about a piece? Send us a photo and ask.
Paint on a railing or a gate outdoors usually needs touching up every couple of years. Powder is baked into a single hard film bonded to the metal.
Better for the environment: powder has no solvents, so it gives off no VOCs.
