How we powder coat wheels

  1. Before drop-off

Bring bare rims, tires off. Bearings, studs and any rubber or plastic that cannot go in an oven come out too. If you are unsure what has to come off, ask when you send the photo.

  2. At the shop

Blasted clean, then coated and cured. Bead seats, hub bores and valve stem holes are masked before anything is blasted.

Color matching
Bring us a sample of any color and we’ll order the powder to match it. The brand and product code help if you have them.
